OWHA BULLETIN - Important Covid-19 Update

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE – NOV 20, 2020

Premier Ford announced, today, that Ontario is implementing additional Public Health measure in the following regions, as a result of their higher than average rates of transmission.

Toronto and Peel are moving to Lockdown (Grey) with Durham and Waterloo moving to Control (Red) as of November 23rd at 12:01 A.M.

Some other areas remain in Control (Red) and other moves have also been made. Please click on the following link for a complete list.

Individual and Team Sports (including training) are NOT permitted in Lockdown (Grey).

Team Sports in Control (Red) are limited to training sessions only (no games or scrimmages).

Teams from areas in Control (Red) are NOT permitted to participate in modified games or scrimmages in other parts of the province.

Teams from areas in Lockdown (Grey) are NOT permitted to participate in training, modified games or scrimmages in other parts of the province.

We urge you to check the detailed information that is available through the Government of Ontario web site.

All OWHA programs must be in compliance with the Government of Ontario, local health unit and OWHA Return to Hockey requirements.
